We only sell and ship to mainland UK
None of the items we sell are suitable for anyone under 36 months of age at the very least. Please see individual listings for any change to this, if the listing doesn't say it then it is not suitable for under 36 months of age.
All items are sold to be used for there intended purpose only.
All items should only be used by or with a responsible adult.

If you consider the question to be important then please send letters via recorded post.
We also operate via E bay. On occasions we may sell out of an item and still have it for sale here. If this happens we will refund your money and ensure a discount is offered of your next purchase.
All prices displayed on this site include postage costs to UK mainland. There are no hidden or extra charges for the listings shown on this site.
We aim to dispatch items with 1 working day of monies clearing. We accept Paypal, cheques, postal orders and Cash (at sender's risk). If you are not paying via paypal please contact us with your order and we will ensure it is kept aside for a period of three days then it will be placed back in to stock.
Any returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving item. Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded. Unwanted items will be send back at the cost to the buyer, the buyer shall also cover the initial outward postage cost. We do not make money on returns, but we do break even.
We aim to give 100% customer service, if you feel we have fallen short of this then please let us know. If you see any errors on the site please also let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel a listing or withdraw a listing at anytime
We aim to be correct in our listings and hope that we are, if we are wrong we will offer a full refund on the return of the item. We will cover postage costs if an item is listed incorrectly.
We reserve the right to only send items once payments have fully cleared. please note that cheques can take 5 working days and Paypal E cheques can take upto 10 days.
